There are a few difference between the two systems, mainly what it is made out of, acrylic
stucco is made out of… you guess it acrylic resins and/or polymers, while cementitious
stucco is mainly made out of Portland Cement.
Acrylic Stucco can have a wide range of textures, though not as many as the cementitious
stucco. Like the cementitious, sand (aggregates) are used in order to create the texture in
the acrylic system.
Colours for the the Acrylic Stucco are rich and vibrant meaning there is virtually no limit to
what colour you can achieve with Acrylic Stucco. Any colour of paint you see in a paint store
can be used in this application.
